anyway ive just received my new mp99 and well happy with it
    the colour is:cool: too

now i want to put a new karakal orange/yellow grip on it but unsure wether to apply the grip over the old one or completely strip the black one and apply the karakal over that one

it may seem like a simpe q and it probably is but i dont know what to do;)

    question 1:

-what does the grip-package say: "overgrip" or "replacement grip"
    - if it's a replacement grip. remove the old one. and grip it (probabaly with minimal overlap. read instructions carefully)
-if it's an overgrip keep the old. altough and overgrips works on wood. not sure though.

if you like your current grip thickness buy a replacement grip. or a very thin overgrip.

if you want it smaller your coudl try an overgrip on wood

if you want it bigger try an overgrip on your current grip.

then do what you gotta do:

upload a picture when you're done gripping. don't forget a nice yellow finishing tape (you can buy some at you local hardware store...I got a small role for 80 cents...)

If you like your current gripsize then remove the original grip. since it's a thick grip.
