Yes, I agree Red Bull or Livita are *bad* for health. I was just joking when I suggest Lightsmash take Red Bull to add some bull strength to his swing. Drink Glucolin instead, ready glucose for immendiate burst of energy, cheap and effective. And not harmful to health. I hope. Cos I'm using it. Lots of it....

Hey, have you tried doing alot of clears? Five minutes seems good enough for me when changing racquets. But since your grips size is different, why not ask somebody to help you for half an hour? Maybe that would work for you. When you're comfortable with clears, you can slowly progress to the smash. I guess it's more or less the same except with the angles.
