Hey,does anyone know training exercises just for running, arm muscles,engery/stamina,etc.
like u dont have to buy anything(do at home), and it to be a quiet exercise like push ups or wall sits. i would like to aim at mostly energy/stamina and arm muscles plz, i get tried at half of a track...lol.and i start struggling at a low amount of push ups =)(im a girl by the way)may u write the instructions or may u give me a website? thx^^
