For Singles --> (it is almost as same as old system)
Even numbers : serve from "right"
Odd numbers : serve from "left"

What about for Double ? I only knew no 2nd-serve.
At the old system (3 x 15), all serves from "right" regardless the point (odd or even)

    Thanks.

Let's see if I got it right...
You start as usual with players A & B in the even/odd sides. Basically you switch sides if you win the point on your serve otherwise you stay where you are. Serve will start depending on whether the score is even or odd.

E.g. You (player A) serve and win on that, so you switch side (from even to odd) and serve at 1-0. If you continue to win, you switch side and continue to serve. Let say that you lose on the next rally, so score is 1-1 and your opponent serves from the odd side but you (A) and your partner (B) stay where you are when you serve (in this case, you are now odd). If you win the next point, then score is 2-1 but serve now goes to your partner B (being on the even side). If you win, then you and your partner switches side and now your partner B is on the odd side and still continue to serve. You play until 21 unless the score is 20-20 in which case the winner has to win by two points and that continue until 30-30 in which case, whoever wins the next point will win the match at 31-30.

Change is never easy and this one will take sometime to get used to. Even watching the MD during the recent Thomas Cup, even the ump gets confused as they now have to be very aware of who is where so as not to get all mixed up about whose turn it is to serve.

thanks for the info ....... in conclusion, it is similar with the Singles match, you will serve depend on the "odd" and "even" number.
"Odd number" will be from left-side and "Even number" will be from right-side.

I am still trying to find a shortcut to figure out which side each player stands. Under the old system, it is pretty straightforward. If your score is even, your position is the same as your starting position. If odd, otherwise. Simple, you can even figure out your opponents' position. Just remember who is the 'even' player.

But how to figure out under the new system? So far, I can't find a satisfactory way. My best one is this:
    1. If serving, easy enough. The position of the one who serves depends on the score. If odd, left. If even, right.
    2. For the receiver, remember who is the next server for them. (Remember that even though there is only one service, each player still take turns servicing.) Take their score and add one. If even, the next server is on the right. If odd, left.

This way, you have to remember the next server for each pair. If you do that, you can calculate where each player stands from the score. The old way, you also have to remember two players (the 'even' players) but these two stay the same throughout the game.
