Damn! I was asleep when it happened, and trust BWF to splice it's package all wrong as usual! The one game that's not there is TH vs LD.

I don't know what to make of his game recently! By rights, he should have walked all over Tago the other day, he was simply outclassing Tago. And all of a sudden, his game just went south. He kept readjusting his knee brace, appeared to be in some sort of discomfort and just complied with the formalities of finishing the game. If this is all really a sham and he's hiding the real TH from everyone just to spring an OG medal surprise on everyone, I'll die and go to heaven. Promise!

Well he could have won the second game against Lin Dan but squandered a big lead and lost the match in the end in straight sets. He looks exhausted; I think it's an issue with stamina. Or perhaps the toll of a long and hard year on the SS Circuit.

Yeah, I was so disappointed to find the truncated Day 2 Session 2 clip on bwf youtube site too. The only reason I can think of is that the spliced-up summary will be the same used for tv re-runs in the future?

This is not how Taufik should go out.. He was using Arcsaber 10 today against Chen Long in the round-robin of the 2011 Superseries final.

For the first time in more than 3 years (since January 2009 - BWF ranking records online do not go back further than that, but I would think since sometime in 2007) Taufik has fallen off the top 10 list of BWF ranked MS players. He is now ranked at 11.

His earlier spot at #10 has been taken by Lee Hyun Il of Korea.

Sounds like the fire just isn't burning within Taufik at the moment. Hope one day it will burn bright again..
