    Hi Bad freak

It's hard to explain the whole techinque to you in this forum. You need to have a good coach to train with basically. Why not just join a badminton club overthere?

Or maybe you can go to this thread http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...ad.php?t=30515 Someone is selling a badminton training book. I don't know whether or not it's good to have one, but you should try. Good luck.

The best training you can get is to play alot and observe how the pros play. I'm trying to learn as much as possible too.

Ehmm...just watching pros playing can't help improve your skills. You really need a coach. Reading from the book itself is still not enough 'coz nobody really watches/corrects your training. The best is find another club which really has a proper coach who really wants to train you. Go to the new zealand badminton website and find out where you can have the coaching.
