    Hi Bad freak

It's hard to explain the whole techinque to you in this forum. You need to have a good coach to train with basically. Why not just join a badminton club overthere?

Or maybe you can go to this thread http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30515 Someone is selling a badminton training book. I don't know whether or not it's good to have one, but you should try. Good luck. ;)

The best training you can get is to play alot and observe how the pros play. I'm trying to learn as much as possible too. :D

Ehmm...just watching pros playing can't help improve your skills. You really need a coach. Reading from the book itself is still not enough 'coz nobody really watches/corrects your training. The best is find another club which really has a proper coach who really wants to train you. Go to the new zealand badminton website and find out where you can have the coaching.
