I haven't been around to see all the best, but from what I've seen (in no particular order):

Zhao Jian Hua (all around beauty, effectiveness and deception)
Kim Dong Moon (power, power, power)
Sigit Budiarto (jumps to the moon, so graceful, so much style, most fun to watch)
    Chen Hong (nearly unreturnable)
    Lin Dan (extremely effective)
    Fu Hai Feng (power extreme)

Rexy Mainaky has one of the most impressive jump smashes. This pic was taken from an earlier thread.

The Indon pair kido and setiawan. They may not be that tall, but damn thier jumping smashes are powerful!

    KKK too.

    And Lin Dan's smashes...Uncomparable.

Why women dont jump smash as much...=(

It's a great pic. It's just his left hand style is kinda weird compared to modern players style these days.Looks like a fist to me there.Hehe..

I think Sigit's gotta one of the best jump smashes. Especially in his younger years before his knee began to wear out.

    erm.....let me think......
if its in mid 80's.....i would rate Liem Swie King & yang yang
then in early 90's....i rate Heryanto Arbi, cheah soon kit & zhao jian hua

    late 90's.....Peter Gade,Taufik,sigit,chen hong
    start from 2000 till now:
taufik,fu hai feng, lin dan & lee chong wei.....
