Hello! This is my first itme posting here. Could one tell me what 'Forehand' and "bgack hand' grips are? Images/diagrams of them would be nice.
There are actually many different grips for forehand and backhand; but for a good basic introduction, read the BC grips guide: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/81/35/ If you don't want to read all the text now, you can skip to the grips here: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/81/35/1/2/ The forehand and backhand grips that I describe in the guide are what people normally mean when they say "forehand grip" and "backhand grip".
