Which part of Penang you are in ? Georgetown, Air Itam, Bayan Baru/Lepas, Tanjung Tokong, or mainland ? You can get them from Sports shops in any of the departmental stores or Young Ones - but cannot bargain la. Or, you can go to Komtar and look for those small sports shops as well where you can bargain, etc. If you are go Air Itam, you can go to Sitt Sports Shop (somewhere near the roundabout to Penang Hill) or another shop (forgot its name) near Air Itam Police Station - the shop is right opposite the Magnum4D and 1+3D shops as you travel towards Air Itam market. The shop is on your left. Hope this helps.
