Hi all! I'm a newbie here, I've been reading this forum for a couple of days and I must say this is a GREAT forum, people seem to be really nice and helpful around here!

I am currently looking to get an entry-level racquet, and for about the same price, I am thinking of getting either MusclePower 22 or Isometric 75 by Yonex.

And I would really appreciate it if I can get some opinion on which of these 2 racquets i should be getting.

Thanks guys! Any comment/opinion would be much appreciated!!

Well I suggest you the "MP29 Light", it swings fast and is easy to handle.

I've been playing badminton regulararly for a few years now and I still love my iso mflt75, nice feel, great for drops, good power for smashes, it does lack some clearing power though. I give it a 8 out of 10, great racquet for the money. Strong too, paint will chip on clashes but I've yet to break it.

iangel, I own two of the iso 75's, believe me, these racquets are perfectly good. I'd believe someone who actually owns/uses one.

Never, every get yonex isometric rackets, u may as well use an old steel one if you do. Muscle power rackes are far superior to isometrics and are much better balanced as well.

You may want to cansider an armourtec racket, although widely considered a girl's racket, they are very good for anything up to and including junior county

oh.. confusing world.. well i think isometric is better than basic one, which use steel shaft, and alumunium frame..
