I couldn't believe they didn't give you guys trophies. You basically get your entry fee back. I predict there will be a drop in attendances next year, especially if they continue to have all singles play best of 3 sets.

... Ballarat wasnt a complete lost, in term of trophy Ashley .. if anything its help guarantee us more C grade trophy this year

    1. Anthony and I now have a contact in Badminton Australia we can whinge to, to get us into a lower grade.
    2. With the results we've record, we'll be able to get our main competitors in C and B grade all kicked up to A or Open

If Gary's anything to go by its looking good .. last year cause we won B grade in Ballarat, Gary made us play A in the CBA tournament ... but this year he has said we're allowed back into B grade ... hopefully even Jacky will start letting us back into C/B again ... since I did lose to the yound boy he was coaching in B single

Yes I also lost to Nicky Wang, I reckon he was about 14 years old, so that means surely Vien and I can play C grade from now on, as that kid didn't win B grade did he?

Default Badminton fun and games - time for a RUMBLE!!!!!!!!

Gee so sad Vien hasn't posted our greatest interstate badminton victory in Sydney on the weekend since being SA champs back in 2009...

He is too busy hijacking lame badminton clubs, calling players biatchias/honkys and generally causing a lot of mayhem

Keep up the good work Vien

As long as you are not a beginner, please come in and give this group a try. The organiser will let you know if you suite this group or not after the game.

Yeap sorry still havent had time to crop and load our Sydney trip photo or post report of our great Victory over them Northeners :-) . ... will get that done ASAP.

But for now I've come across some very very bad news :-( ....... Talking with the new Badminton Victorian president. .Mr Sammy P.J. ... He mentioned that BV is implimenting a player grading database. .They have a commitee (he wouldnt give names) working on it right now and hope to get it in place by the Geelong Graded. .Thats in 2 or 3 weeks time!!!!

He claims this new player registration isnt targeting anyone. ..But he did mention it was to stop the Victorian Graded situation last year where a men double team won both D & B double ;-)

..Still digging for more info and loop hole. .will post what more i can find out tonight ;-)

Looks like it may be tought to win more C grade this year after such a good start to the year. .2 C double win from 2 tournament :-)
