When I look thru the results from Geelong, Vien and his partner did lose to the eventual winner in C Grade. How can this be sand bagging? It all comes down to the luck of the draw. To say that sand bagging has occured, this is simply outrageous!!

AND I am sure the C grade winners were trophy hunters and could have competed in B grade...and I am sure the B grade winners could have competed in A grade...and I am sure the A grade winners could have competed in Open grade...and I am sure the D graders could have played...oh wait, nah they were not good enough to play C grade and won D fairly.

Now who will join me for a good old fashion hanging? We are taking our pitchforks and all going to attend CCC social on Friday, should be fun!!

I don't think the Friday group is affliated with CCC, so put away your pitchfork.

I hear they are a friendly bunch and has many strong players.

By the way, the heard there are two really awesome guys that play at your club, I might come by.

Unfortunately I am a beginner player but think myself quite attractive, would I possibly be allowed to play at your club

No you don't pay $9.

We try not to discriminate, so if you say you are a girl it will be $8 but if you say you are both guy and girl then it is $18.

Wow! I am so excited play my first CBA tournament next month. Uncle Gary said I can play D grade as I am a beginner. I won't play Mixed though, there are too many dodgy guys around here :/

We are running our Intraclub competition this Saturday (30/6/12) and therefore there will be no social badminton.

We have also decided to reduce the price of our Saturday night social to :
Guys $10 and Girls $8

This is due to cheaper shuttles we have been able to source.

Congratulations to Leong and Jun in winning the event. The trophy could be the biggest awarded for badminton in Victoria ?!?!


Well done for Kevin and Edmund to come runner's up. They had to beat Leong and Jun in the very last game to come runner's up. Andrew C and Sherman only came 3rd by a small margin.
