Does anybody have or know where i could download some English video's for Badminton skills-Basic through to Expert(or whatever). It would really help me a lot to know what they are saying when they instruct you on hits!!! Can you just please type down the site or send the video if you have one!! Thanx
I think if u search on one of the FTP server on the video thread. and one of the member has an account on rapidshare or one of those site. I would send my copy if I know how to do it.... other than reloading it to rapidshare/ usendit
The IBF instuctional videos are an especially good introduction. You will find them in the tournament video sharing forum (do a search).
