Does anyone know which currency the prices mentioned on the pupppysports website are in? USD?

Also, it says that shipping under 1Kg to USA will be $15. And the SOTX 4a racquet is $38 so it will be ~$55 shipped. This beats the ibuysports price by about $25!!!

Puppysports post it prices in USD. I find them to be very cheap, that why I wan't sure about them. As well I ask a friend to go to the address on the web site and it was office building!!!

I don't think they are anything doggy going on and I would order from them.

But if anyone know more about them, post ASAP!!!!

I recently purchased an MP100 from them and it arrived in less than a week to USA. The rackets from them are genuine and authentic. The store has great prices and great service so I would recommend them.

If you are using hotmail account, try a different one. Happened to me as well and I then used gmail instead. They responded in less than 24hr.

For those that ordered from here. Did you have to deal with customs and brokerages' when the item was delivered to you? It is always something I fear when ordering abroad, I order something before and was hit with $50 brokerage fee on an item I bought. It was the owner of the store who screwed up but I couldn't do a thing about it.

custom and brokerage has nothing to do w/ them, its all our stupid communist canadian government that charges 13percent on importing items

wow... you almost bought 400dollars worth of stuff :D

sometimes you get away from custom if they use local carrier instead of ups/usps/fedex/etc, but it doesn't happen all the time. even when they declare as gift, our lovely custom will still charge you anyways when they see it new

happens too often on me w/ ebay... :(

This question varies from country to country. For Canada, anything that comes into Canada would be taxed by Canada customs depending on how much it's worth. Check the Canada Postal Program for full details.

For US, there is no tax, duties etc.

Customs fee, taxes and BROKERAGE FEE

Customs fee is $5 per package; taxes are 14%. I would not mind paying these amounts sometimes. The only thing I absolutely hate is BROKERAGE FEE, which is charged by UPS (and maybe FEDEX). This fee is about $30 the last time I checked, on top of the taxes you have to pay the government.

So the lesson is to make sure the seller uses postal services; that is Canada Post will deliver your package, not UPS or FEDEX. You could ask them to declare the package a gift with a low value, under $20 (but then you may lose out on the insurance if the package gets lost or damaged).

If Canada Post delivers the package, you may sometimes get away with the customs fee and taxes. I think it is up to the postal clerk or the customs agent sorting the packages. If they are in a good mood they may let a package go un-taxed :)

    Tammy
