So I was reading the other threads about this online shopping site, and I thought these guys are overreacting. Of course, that's until you are on the receiving end ofa rotten deal.

My friends and I make a huge order from this site, close to ~$500 CDN. It included some grips, strings, shoes, bags. However, somehow when we opened the box, some items are missing, and some are not even what we ordered. Not to mention that the order was 3 weeks late than what they promised.

The time issue I can live with, better late than never right? But wrong and missing items, I just can't understand. It's human error that could've been prevented easily. Once is bad luck, twice is a trend.

I am writing to warn my fellow BC'er about the potential trouble and disappointment they may receive when ordering from this site.

We are currently trying contact them, I will try to keep you posted on the outcome.

    Thanks for your time.

Seems that they really need to improve their services at a point.

Is the invoice correct (meaning, the person how package the box screwed up) at least? Or, even the entire order are screwed up?

They probably just hired someone who can't read english.

Did you get something that was worth more than what you ordered? Like a Nanospeed 9000?

    Maybe if I ordered a Muscle Power 23, I'll get a nanospeed 9000...hehehe
