This is an interesting defensive pair. Both are capable of unbelievable defensive shots. However they seem (at least in the SO final) not happy on court, not excited, no encouragement to each other. Maybe they are still thinking about their former partners?

I saw first-hand they're amazing reflexes. They even manage to retrieve a smash from right up the net. I see loads of encouragement though.

If the opponents can intercept smashes at the net, that means the smashes aren't powerful enough, not steep and predictable (setup):D. I tasted my own smashes driven back from the net, first hand, last week .

No luck at all. The opponent's feet are simply too quick. Big and strong quads rule.

its as pete said all angle and deception. so basically whenever I play someone short or someone with an uninspired smash i rush the net after a lift, it really discourages your opponents.... really good for when i have to play WD

i guess reflexes is the one of d most essential point that u gotta have in doubles.Badminton's single n doubles r almost two different games. One's tactical, the other is the combination of all..
