Be careful when buying goods from this shop!!
Last week I bought some clothes from this shop. In the terms written in their website, they promise that when my clothes got wrong sizes, I can return and pay the frieght fees.
But in fact, it is opposite. They even do not reply my mail.
I can not believe that the Japaneses shop can cheat me like that...!!

I had that issue too with ShuttleHouse not really responding when I ordered a racket from them. Apparently there seems to be only one employee (a lady) who only knows a fair amount of English. If she is not there, there would not be a response since everyone else does understand. Explaination below.

I had to call the store to figure out what was going on because they did not respond to my email to let them know to give me the URL for the order screen. The first time I called, a lady picked it speaking in Japanese. She did not know English as I attempted to ask if she knew English. She tried to speak and managed to say “English, Friday”.

On Friday when I called, I asked for English and a different lady picked up the phone who seemed to be famliar with English (second language) in speaking and written. I basically told her about the email that no one was responding and she basically took care of my order by sending me email with the link (to finally order) and apologizing.

It seems like the communication problems are occurring if contacted in English. If contacted in Japanese, they would be able to respond in a timely manner.

I don't think the tool would be accurate. You may have to get someone who knows Japanese to contact them, keep sending email or phone them.

I've ordered from them three times and am happy with their service. :) They have a Chinese guy working there. He told me they have to get someone to translate any English orders. If you send them email in Chinese, they will respond same day. The last time I bought some strings BG65ti, one of the packs was broken and empty. I emailed them and they agreed to send another pack. Good luck!

Well, the store hires foreign students to work for them. That's why they are only available two or three days a week. (for non-japanese language emails)

I was wondering ifi any of you know if this store is credible. I'm planning on buying a Nanospeed racquet.

    Thank you in advance.

Can someone please explain to me how I can order via credit cards because I really do not understand the payment FAQ on their site.
There it is said that you need the "verified by visa" feature issued by your credit card company but mine does not offer this feature.
    What to do now ?
    Wanna order some tracksuit there.

    Zangetsu,

You may need to talk to your CC company about that. Also try googling "Verified by Visa", there maybe a link to get yours setup that way.

Now this is soo frustrating, my CC company never heard about "verified by visa" nor does any other CC company over here in Germany.
...but the yonex collection in Japan is soo tempting !!!

I think that's just for North America only. Maybe it hasn't reached continental Europe yet.

It looks like it's else where as well because before I replied, I googled it and found Verified by Visa Europe. I'll post the link here.
