    Hello my fellow BCers. As you can read my title. "Home visualizing badminton training.. ?" Does this really work..? If I pretend myself playing an opponent at home. :\ Or do you people think I am crazy..? OR... Some of you people also do that when you guys have some leisure time..? :confused:

    hell ya i do that. not sure if it helps though. every nite when i'm trying to fall asleep it pops into my head and i start picturing it. it sucks cuz then theres 2 much thinking going on and not enough relaxing so i dont get to sleep "-__-

    i picture myself from the third person perspective...kinda adds a cinematic dimension to it haha

    I doubt it, because I usually played like Lin Dan in dreams. Able to return any shots and never got tired. :D

    i do it when im thing about a shot i want to improve on, like a slice, i imagine myself doing it over n over again in my head.
