CEH/WPT are somewhat a more consistent version of Fuzzy, having won 2 titles and that's it.
They have come close but they cannot break down the CHN WD, too strong...
I don't forsee and more upcoming Malaysia WD. Sonia/Li Lian was also too weak for CHN WD, although they managed to make the SF.

Pei Tty believes weakened Uber Cup team can still make semis
“For now, it may show that the injury problems have made it much more tougher for the team. But it has changed nothing as far as our determination to do well at home is concerned,” she said.
“I believe that our team can still make the semi-finals.
“We hope that the draw for the quarter-final will be favourable to us.
“All the players must not give up and if we adopt this attitude, we can go far.”
Team manager Datuk Sayed Abu Bakar Abdullah reminded the team of their heroics at the SEA Games.
“They were not expected to win against heavy favourites Indonesia (in the team final) but they pulled off the biggest surprise by beating the defending champions,” said Sayed, who was also the team manager at the Laos Games.
“We will be expecting the same fighting spirit from them in the Uber Cup Finals.”

Injured Pei Tty can’t defend Indonesian Open title with Eei Hui
“She was coping with the help of injections during the Uber Cup campaign last month. She can’t bend her right knee now and she has been recommended to go for five injections. She is now confined to doing skills training,” he said.
“There are the Macau and Taiwan Opens before the World Championships. We may enter them to help them get match fit before the world meet. But we’ll have to see Pei Tty’s condition first,” said Kim Wai.

Pei Tty opts out of team to Guangzhou Asiad
“Pei Tty had been burdened with knee injury for some time but yesterday, it showed in her game. She was slow to retrieve the shuttle and was cautious in her game,” he said.
“Despite the pain, she still tried her best. Our players did give a good fight before bowing out. I always admire Pei Tty’s fighting spirit but her physical condition was a problem.
“She has finally decided to go for surgery after the Commonwealth Games (in New Delhi in October). If she does that, she will have to miss the Asiad.
“The Asian Games competition is very stiff and it will be difficult for her and Eei Hui to challenge top players from China and South Korea. It is best that she skips the Asiad and concentrate on qualifying for the Olympics (in London in 2012).”
We will see how she fares in training. For now, Pei Tty’s and Eei Hui’s main focus is on winning honours at the Commonwealth Games where the competition will not be too strenuous on them,” he said.
not sure if they can last until og 2012

Eei Hui stays on course for a grand double in Alor Setar
I have not played the mixed doubles for some time and it was nice to get the feel of playing in the event again,” she said.
“It will be great to win both the events but it will not be easy. The women’s doubles will be tougher but I will give my best.”
In the men’s singles, Goh Soon Huat ended the gallant run of Lim Fang Yang, who reached the quarter-finals with a sensational win over second seed Chong Wei Feng.
Soon Huat will take on third seed Tan Chun Seang today while the other semi-final will be between back-up players Chan Kwong Beng and Liew Daren.
Said Kwong Beng: “There is a good chance for a back-up shuttler to be a champion for the first time in a local tournament and I hope to be the one.”
“I have beaten Daren several times before but I cannot afford to underestimate him. My only appearance in a final of a local tournament was in the Pahang Open last year and I lost to Lee Chong Wei. This time, I hope to go all the way.”

WORLD No 6 Wong Pei Tty-Chin Eei Hui will not compete in the World Championships in Paris. This is because Pei Tty needs immediate assistance for her knee problem.
The BA of Malaysia (BAM) made this decision at its coaching and training committee meeting yesterday.
Her absence means Malaysia will not be represented in the women's doubles at the world meet on Aug 23-29.
BAM general manager Kenny Goh said Pei Tty is suffering from a torn cartilage in one of her knees.
"Her injury is quite serious. Pei Tty needs treatment and probably surgery," said Kenny at Juara Stadium in Bukit Kiara yesterday.
"This is a wear-and-tear problem. It became worse just before the Uber Cup (May). She has been surviving on fluid injections since then.
"We have not informed Pei Tty about this. However, this is the best for her right now.
Kenny stressed that she will not likely compete in the New Delhi Commonwealth Games and the Guangzhou Asian Games.
BAM will find a suitable partner for Eei Hui for both games.
"We have not decided on her new partner," added Kenny.
