I agree with Sealman's post in another thread, for that post click here. i think the nanopro series is really good value. They may be slightly more expensive but they are really solid racquets and head heavy....as compared to some of their models which are quite light and hollow...but to each its own.... i have tried a nanopro 7000 and i find that it gives me decent power balanced with maneoverability.....
Hi coolman, i think your armoourpower 700 phase out already....very hard to find....now too many new models of Apacs coming out...
From my past experience with another brand (Fleet), popular old models are reproduced using the same racquet mold and changing the paint jobs. Would not be surprised to see the Apacs armorpower 700 reappearing in the market in another colour.
I bought the APACS AP800 a few weeks back from Xin Sports in Melbourne Oz. They have a Website and are also on EBay. The racquet took a few days to get to me but it was worth it. I got the racquet, strings, fleet grip and a nice bag that holds 6 racquets for $100AU. How does the racquet play, well it seems very similar to may mates Yonex AT800OFF. I played with them both and can say that the APACS is a good clone that is well put together and looks nice in Yellow too. Truthfully, I'm probably not the best person to be comparing things but so far I really can't see that massive gap as displayed in price with the palyability of the final product. There are many great brands out there now just try them until you're happy with one and stick with it. If you get one you don't particularly like your friend may love it so sell it to him and buy another.
