Now I'm not normally a gambler but I am in a quandary and looking for help!

A company in the UK (www.inbadminton.co.uk) is offering a Forza Kevlar 7 for about £90 (that's about the same price as a Yonex Armortec 800 DEF/OFF). So far so good, the racket is 89g, has a medium flex shaft and is described as being for the power player.

Now here's the thing. Inbadminton are offering to refund 50% of the purchase price if England win the FIFA World Cup (football). This seesm to me a fairly safe bet, if England win I get £45 back and if England lose then I haven't lost anything assuming my racket is worth about £90 to start with.

So, I'd like help on working out whether a Forza Kevlar 7 is worth £90 (or for those people outside the UK would you be willing to swap your Forza Kevlar 7 for a Yonex Armortec 800 DEF/OFF?

I have to order the racket by tomorrow to take advantage of this offer!

I decided not to take the gamble after all and so am £90 better off. I am assuming no-one out there has a Kevlar 7?

what type of racket do you prefere? head heavy/light/even balance? stiffness?
what type of player are you?

the mp99 is a very good allround racket.

to be honest the best way is to try them out, some shops may loan out a tester racket for you to try or try out a mates.

i am a singles player. I am looking for a good solid rakcet that won't let me down.

While on the the topic of FZ Forza, i currently have a donation from Tracey Hallam for my Badminton Project in Africa. It is the gold medal winning t'shirt she wore in the commonwealth games. It is signed by all of the england team and has her name on the back.

How do you start a new thread on this website! and how much do you think i could get for it?

    Thanks for your help :)
