In SG, you have to buy shuttle in ctn (not in dozen), to show importers not dealers, that you have the buying power and the turnover you have. So the other way round, you can negotiate with the importer the best price you can get. Dont be surprise that sometime you can get better price eg. a few dollars lower than dealer price. If you have fast turnover, you will even get other importer giving free sample in a few dozen to tried out.
i know viper, thanx for your help. I'm from Singapore, i know plenty of good places to buy rackets and stuff but i wanted to know wheres the best place to buy shuttles coz their not cheap here in SG
What kind of shuttle you prefer? For Yonex and Victor, price are very stiff as metel, can't bend much. Cheapest I "heard" was Yonex AS 4 about $19.00 Victor about $20.00. This info was about half a year old.
Not his friend, his friend whose working there at Sunrise. Bulk orders only. They treat you like any of the small shops. Hence, low, low prices. I was there at the last order collection. But .... Not anymore according to him ... You better ask him why.
If you have player who usually like to slice the shuttle, in a game, you could have to charge as much as 4 - 5 shuttle in a game. There are some other shuttle that are as good as yonex out in the market and are more durable than yonex.
