    i believe it's a hairline fracture.
the cause can be many, hard to nail down without lotta prior history.

im prety sure its a crack, but a very small one. i wudnt care too much about it. However, if it increases in length, you might want to get a new racket or do something about it.

i think it shud b fine to ignore for the moment, but keep an eye on it. cheers

I am sure it is a crack ,not so big for the moment!
next time don't try to play doubble with ,could be a big crack if you do a clach!when it is so small you can fixe easily ,without add so much weight!
    less than one gramme!

yes it could be but... it could also due to poor stringing process.

I assume this racket is NOT US coded, as I believe TISP been out of US market for quite a while already. If you purchased through online or oversea (non US coded), then, I don't think Yonex US will honor any warranty.

Each region / dealership has its own policy. Some warranties could be 1 yr, some are 6 months, and some might be none. If you want to take a shot, contact the store/regional dealer, and test you luck. However, the shipping fee could be quite expensive.

just play with it till it breaks. im sure yonex will give you a replacement. i think their is almost on warranty limit and even the model was discontinued, they will replace it with somthing similar.

    1. Yonex warranty only covers "manufacture defect". If you get a replacement with your own fault, consider yourself lucky. Trust me, i've seen a lot of cases that the warranty requests being turned down.

    2. Warranty only valid after 1 yr of purchase.

    3. US warranty only covers US (not sure CD) code.

Otherwise, everyone can just slam their super old rackets to the wall, and wait for a brand new one...

that's defo a crack. I had one like that on an old mp44 and when i went to get it restrung, they warned me that it might break after stringing. IT DID. not even a clash, just the force of hitting the shuttle :crying:.

If it is a real crack ,super glue is not enough ,must be epoxy glue and a little
    bit of fiber glass!
