Yeah. I have a video of this. The way LYD reacted was kinda funny. He's like a child who wants a toy but his parents won't buy it for him. It's almost like he's having tantrums. So young.

Don't cry baby. Don't cry. Mommy will buy you candy later, okay?

All England Semifinal 2008
The Yong Dae's Best Game So far ..
i think
Coz in 3rd Game
the points is 16-20
but he can control his self
n win the game ...
i think no one can win the game when he/she left about 4 points in Match Point .. unless YD n Taufik Hidayat (in last Asian Games Final ... versus Lindan) as i know ..
haha
Much better way of appealing than the racket-throwing(in Korea) or racket-kicking(in Malaysia) LD.

If anyone likes to learn korean, I'm happy to let you know a little.

Basically, Koreans write and say "a syllable" in a single compound letter like:
(there are two ways.)
1. consonant + vowel
2. consonant + vowel + consonant
You should pronounce each syllable at a time.
Examples:
Lee Chong Wei: 리 총 웨이
리 = ㄹ(L) ㅣ(ee)
총 = ㅊ(Ch) ㅗ(o) ㅇ(ng)
웨 = ㅇ ㅜㅔ
이 = ㅇ ㅣ
And this would be an answer to koo_fan's question:
* The official writing of "종" in english has been changed a few times in history according to the arguments of linguistists about what would be the correct match between "ㅈ" and english sound: Chong --> Jong --> Chong --> Jong
Now officially we write it as "Jong" but they can still use "Chong" if they want to keep using it.

The consonant "o" is used in two ways:
1. if it's put in the first of a syllable, it's not pronounced
2. if it's put in the end(on the bottom), it's pronounced like "ng" in english (like "ng" in Chong)
Lee : 이 = ㅇ ㅣ (L is not pronounced, just being used conventionally)
Yong : 용 = ㅇ ㅛ(Yo) ㅇ(ng)
Dae : 대 = ㄷ ㅐ(ae)
And as you might know, many korean syllables have matching chinese letters like:
이 (李)
용 (龍)
대 (大)
Of course, they have meanings just as the chinese letters have.
용대 = Big Dragon or Dragon, the Big

look at post*1836
Today, I saw the video of 2009 Inida Open MD SF: CTF/LWW vs. CW/JR
At 2008 AE SF, the MAS uncles surprisingly lost to LYD/JJS even though leading 20-16 in the rubber set. IMO, the critical reason for their loss was that they kept their rackets downward, seldom raising their rackets to be prepared while LYD always dominating the net keeping his racket UP.
However, now CTF/LWW have changed. In India Open, they kept their rackets UP dominating the front when playing against INA; and even I was surprised they were playing just as LYD did against them!
They're in very good form. All the best to the MAS giants!
