So far, the biggest change with the NSS is the mental aspect. There is no "coasting" when you have serve. You must be in the game at all times with no lapses when you get serve or you give the point right back.

Interesting, why should a player "coasting" when he could only win point by serving? surely all the competitive players have been trained to not "coasting" by their coach!
