Problem is the rules written in the worldbadminton website isn't specific enough.

    1. When does the service action starts? When the badminton racket begins it's foward movement to hit the shuttle?? When does the service action end?

    2. If the above is true, can the returner start moving forward during the start of the service action?

    1)
    Law 9.2
Once the players are ready for the service, the first forward movement of the server's racket head shall be the start of the service

    Law 9.3
Once started, the service is delivered when the shuttle is hit by the server's racket or, in attempting to serve, the server misses the shuttle

    2)
    see Law 9.1.3
