pearl platinum string

    Hello! is there anyone heard or use this string by KX Sport Corp / Taiwan model; KX International Pearl Platinum... micron 0.63m/m
    Hope to get some info.

    0.63mm? Wow, that's really thin. I think it could be broken within a week for me.

    0.66mm breaks in a day or two, I wonder if 0.63mm can break in minutes? :p

    A bit off topic. Actually, I was using ProKennex MicroFlex 63Ti for a while. It's 0.63, but lasted as long as my BG80s. Pretty impressive for me. ;)

    Let me think. the pacific 0.65mm only lasted me 2 hours. If it's 0.63mm, it will probably only last me less than a game.

    The problem with Pacific badminton (polyester) strings is the number of multi-filament. There are enough to take the load. If one pops, the others go very fast.

    Correction! I mean not enough multi-filament :eek:. What? 10 minutes for you :p. What was the tension? At 30 lbs X 33 lbs, the 0.68 mm polyester string popped from a slice smash :D.

    Nope, tension was 27/29lbs., it was a "slight" mishit. :eek: :p
