Lee Chong Wei's chinese name is wrong

The second character should be zong1 = ancestor.

Badminton champion Fu Haifeng has also set the official world smash record June 3, 2005. The actual bird speed was measured at 332 km/h (approximately 206 mph), making badminton the fastest racquet sport in the world.

No, Lee Chong Wei didn't change his name, it's just the translation mistake..

You can rarely see direct chinese translation name in Malaysian Chinese names...

Because we normally use chinese dialeks for names

Lin Dan, incidentally, is a Fujianese Hakka. So is Chen Hong. Is LCW a Fujianese (Hokkien in Fujian and Malaysia) or another Hakka?

Lin Dan and Chen Hong are both Fujianese.

However Lin Dan is a Hakka. He was born in Shanghang, Fujian province. Hakka has their own language and culture, that's why the Fujianese call them Khek or Guest since the Hakka is not from Fujian.
