I've recently bought a Yonex mp-25 for 35$. Now I'm wondering if it was an intellegent purchase or something a first class retard would do (excuse the misuse of "retard"). Heres some background information , I have a cab-8400 stringed with bg-65 , Ive been playing for 6 mounths and have been known to be quite good , I'm 12 and a 1/2. I'm planning on stringing it today with bg-80 , any last suggestions before I do this?

What is dumb about your decision? It is good time for experiment.
    1) I would suggest you to string both racquets with BG80 to see which one you like better.
    2) I think MP25 is a good starter racquet, nothing wrong with it.
Good luck and have fun with it this weeeknd.

The equipment selection is just a personal preference thing. You might like your purchase, or you might not like it. Give it a shot, and see if you like your choice or not. If yes, that's a good purchase, consider the price. If not, consider re-sell it. ;)
