Hello all. Prices of Chester shuttlecocks has been increasing, and I might be switching. However the problem is that I cannot find Victor Gold No.1 anywhere. If possible, can someone tell me where I can find some, and tell me how good or bad they are?

I was warned few months ago that shuttlecock prices will go up. So, I bought a box (25 tubes). I believe the distributor plays at my club and if you want, send me personal message with your contact number and I ask this guy to give you a call.

    Check www.e-badmintonusa.com Victor Gold #1 for $12.99/tube.

The shuttles are good for intermediate-advance players. feathers are fairly durable.

Victor Gold is a low grade shuttle shuttlecock made from duck feathers. Th eir two higher grades are green (top grade) and blue (second grade), both made from goose feathers. Victor Gold, like all duck feathers, is good only for at most one game, afterwhich it is simply not worth playing with it. If you want good Victor shuttlecocks use their green Championship grade.

I just picked up a tube of Victor Gold earlier today. Hopefully it will be fairly decent, but at $12 a tube, I can't expect much.

hi all, just here to share my experience with the Victor gold.

I agree with taneepak that this Gold grade of shuttles are simply not worth buying considering the cost per tube. You are better off paying abit more to get the goose feathers ones that can last about twice as long. I recommend the RSL No.2 tourney that cost about $1 more.
