    Hi,

I am "kinda" settled with Yonex NanoSpeed 9000

But i don't know if i should get the S=Stiff or X= Extra Stiff version

    I am using Armortec 800 OF 4U at 26lb.

How much of a difference from S and X? and i will use NS9k as my primary, so i will spend more time to work it out if it is too hard to get used to... aiya, i don't know, can anyone throw in some input.

    Thanks

If I remembered right, most of the professional players who have upgraded to NS9K went for the S version.

    Is it possible to adjust?
Say.. S to a lower tension and X to a higher tension to sorta achieve the same performance?

Want to confirm if my information is right....

I know MP100 was the most stiff that Yonex ever make until NS9000 X is out.

Now, is S more stiff or MP100 more stiff?

and how does S compare to AT800OF, which one is more stiff?

I can't find a comparison chart that has all this rackets in the same diagram.

Not really. CAB 22 was stiffer than MP-100.

I think that this is how the stiffness goes...

    NS 9000 X <-------stiffest
    Mp 100
    AT 800 OFF
    NS 9000 S <-------least stiff

    NS9k S or X

    Hi Loh,
U can jump but I cant leh.:p I am scared of injuring my knees and tendons,ok?;)

    Hi DragonNoVA,
Of course 2U can hold higher tension and give u more power but one got to have proper swing techniques and speed plus strength to have that "explosive bang":p Dont forget, one gets tired faster after continual smashing the shuttles.

I heard that NS9k-X is the most stiffest and S is rather between MP100 and AT800OFF

In Yonex website, it said NS8k, NS9k-X, AT800OF are all Extra Stiff. Does it mean they have the same stiffness? NS9k-S and AT800DF are Stiff.

aiya, i already have NS8k, how much of are difference from NS9k-S? shxt, just can't make up my mine right now!

    more power=less returns=less smashes to make=energy conserved=a happy arm:)
