Pete LSD is right, means you are able to control the racket. Wrist is not everything to badminton, may be it is the most of it, but why change a racket if you think you already master this racket? Isn't it a waste of time to get use to another one? My case is a little different

Oh icic.. so another thing.. how does the tension of the string affect a players performance?? As in what can 25lbs do etc

i use a big rubber tube, its a therapy tube for my mom or somthing(she had cancer couple years ago) and i step on it with one foot and pull it up with my shoulders and it uses the backhand part of your wrist and your shoulder, then use dumbells, and do curls, works forehand(and biceps, not that important in badminton, but you will have big arms

someone said if you want to clear base to base you need the right form. What do you mean by form ? Your body stance ?
