well, it is another Isometric 900SS CN. i love it so much, i just bought another one. exactly the same as my last one, bg85@26lb.

    very very nice.

this addiction to badminton is definitely uncurable. not even close.

never tried the 500. but i have A/B tested the 900 SS (non CN) and TiSP SS.

the 900SS is a bit heavier and more solid. the TiSP-SS just feel flimsier and comparatively, doesn't generate enough power. perhaps Yonex got a bit carried away in the Jenny Craig dept when they designed the TiSP SS.

even the reguarly 900SS is a little bit to the light side. 900SS CN is heavier and much more solid.

unfortunately, i haven't seen a CN version of the TiSP, not even our regular source have ever seen it. so we may need to wait for Ms. Gong to stop hogging those rackets and let us play with them!

and. who cares about the ti mesh. i am still not convinced that it actually does jack other than boost Yonex's marketing power.

kwun, all this ranting of yours got me interested over the swing power series(which i never was before)....and so i'm gonna pick one up tmw! ALL COS OF U! look wot u made me do lol....getting a 900SS.
i figure, i loved the mp77....and u loved it too.
and since u like the 900SS even better, i might like it better as well!
and hell, the 900SS is cheaper than a '77...so thats my next racquet...since my poor ti7 is dead "[

yup, his ti7 cracked from teh inside of the frame which was really weird.
i was there at that time and me and shaun switched racket in a rally to test each other's racket so now shaun's holding mp77 with bg85 and i'm holding his ti7 with bg85 also at 25lb....we started rallying and then first the ti7's string snapped on a overhead clear by me and the mp77's string snapped like less than a min after...both me and shaun ended up with no racket to use and when we were sitting down we found out shaun's ti7 cracked from the inside which was weird cos i didn't even hit the frame, only on the string which snapped and if i hit the frame...why would the strings break. i guess this rally test showed the mp77 is more durable than the ti7 =P

it's alway nice to have a backup of your favorite racket, especially if one competes in tournaments
