Suitable racket can reduce Tennis elbow pain
I would like to share my experience on how a new racket helped reduce the tennis elbow pain. I did some research on the net on what type of racket helps reduce the pain. I learnt that rackets that are light on the head and heavier on the handle are better for players with such injuries. Yonex nanoseries is a head lite series. I bought a NS4500 and I was amazed how the swing is so fast; my responses are better and importantly not much stress on the elbow. Very relieved! I can now play more and better...

Full details on this experience in another blog post of mine - http://golumolu.in/blogwp/2010/05/te...ket-selection/

According to the post. The experience which you shared about the elbow pain is really useful for the persons who are facing these type of problems. The elbow wrap provides compression on the area and prevents inflammation. Is it really work for reduce the pain?
