Same as last year, the QFs will be split into two sessions, afternoon (1 or 2pm) and evening (starting from 7pm).

Sigh....it's confirmed that I will only be able to fly back to HKG on Sunday...so that goes my plan to watch the HK Open Finals

In the women's singles, several Indonesian shuttlers suffered first-round losses. Fransiska Ratnasari fell to Anna Rice of Canada 20-22, 21-17, 24-22.. Next foe yao jie of NED will be very tough though

sonny kuncoro beat chen hong, that's a shocker.
