y don't u play some local/state tournaments if you wanna gain more experience?

playing tournaments is the best way to keep your motivations high... and high motivations make you train much harder to prepare for your next tourney...

never under-estimate your opponent... badminton is too dynamic, you never know who u're up against... it's tough to judge whether one is better than another just by looking at how they hit... especially true in advance+ level, since most players are capable of doing all the shots... it's a matter of keeping the same quality/consistency level in a dynamic game situation...

frustration will only make you stronger next time if you do something about it... remember your mistakes, and train hard to get rid of them...
