Serve Help Please

I did some searching and was not able to find a video clip of how to serve, is/are there any to watch? Thank you for any help with this.

I am 45yr male, beginner level, looking to advance to the next level of play.

a coach is much more helpful than a video, although on google video there are some videos of matches and such.

any possibility of finding a buddy or anyone you play with who is of higher level who can help you through the basics?
having someone there to criticize and encourage is better than videos, espeically at your stage of development.

Starx, thnx for the video post it helped me out a lot, a pic is worth a thousand words.
Lam, Chickenpoodle, I have been playing with the same group of 6 guys for three years, we are all at about the same level now. I have been searching on the internet for others to play in my area but have not been able to find anyone.
