Could somebody please recommend an extra pair of insole for better coushion? I am playing on very still floors and my heel gets hurt easily. I think I need better cushion. Since my shoes is still roomy for an extra pair of insole, I am planning to purchasing a pair just for better cushion. Could somebody please recommend a good one?

and dinkalot forgot to mention that they actually replace your existing insole. you will not need anything else other than the superfeet green!!

and i'll also vouch for the product's goodness!

Do I need to glue the insole on top or beneath the origial insole?

The Superfeet green is more like a "replacement" insole. Therefore, remove the original one, and just use the superfeet green. It's a very good insole, and works well for me. ;)

    Superfeet vs. SofSole

Has anyone compared these two? SofSole cost $20 at Sport Mart. Superfeet costs $35 AFAIK, so does it perform better? I use SofSole right now, and wonder if Superfeet is worth spending extra, so would appreciate if you have first hand experience.

No glue need, it's a replacement insole as LB stated.

No, it isn't my pet. It could be a "passer-by" and possibly a prospector. Narrow bite marks evidence strongly suggests that it was the stealthy one.

Yeah, I remember that one, too. The superfeet green kinda saved my banged up knees for the past several months... Of course, proper rest and treatment should be applied as well. ;)

After using Superfeet, I don't use knee braces anymore. I don't like braces in general, as it might be bad for blood circulation?

I used to have early onset platar faciitis (sp?) and the Superfeet Greens cured it after a few years of using them. I continue to have them on all my shoes including my snowboarding boots and mt. biking shoes. They are great!
