Maybe we can start a thread by comparing all the badminton equipments - racket, shoe, string etc in Malaysia. So that we know what is in store in the malaysian's market. For a start, any suggested price for: Yonex racket NS 9000 NS 8000 NS 7000 NS 6000 AT 800 AT 700 AT 500 MP 100 MP 99 MP 88 MP 66 Shoe Yonex SHB 99 series and others
I bought MP66 including bag+BG68ti string for RM290. I think it is the cheapest price that i can get in kuching
I asked the price in Racquet world in Pertama Complex, the price is as follow Nanospeed 9000 - rm690 Amortec 800 - rm670 Amortec 700 - rm650
Armortec 500 and 700 shops at kuching will not keep stock for high-end models of yy. so quite difficult to chk the price here. last i checked the A500 is ab RM700+ and A700 is ab RM800+ (before discount) in kuching. recently i went to s'pore and found that the rackets there r much cheaper than in kuching (not sure if compare to west malaysia). A500 is selling at SGD239 and A700 at SGD249, still cheaper after conversion. there is one shop even selling A700 for SGD200.
wahhh..so cheap in Singapore...may i know where should i find??around orchard road??any sepcific place to find alot sports shop like Pertama..maybe going down this few months...thanx
hello, im new to this forum, and im not sure whether its right introducing meself here.... anyway, how come no one mentions about the armortec 300? I just bought one at RM 360 here in KK, and it was on offer.... maybe this could be added to the price list... Seems quite cheap compared to the armortec 500 and 700..... But is the 300 good in terms of playability? it seems to me its alright....
good idea milolo! i bought my carbonex 21sp 2 months ago in pertama complex kl, it was rm235 with bg66, bag and a karakal grip. hope my contribution helps
Wah... the at700 so expensive? i just told my mate in sg to buy one for me if it's below S$210. But the price ok NS9000 is alright... they r selling about 120 quid in the UK.
Maybe Sunpin can intro where in S'pore we can get for such a low price, but be mindful that there r lots of fake in the market. There is another forum http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15401 where you can read lots about price in s'pore too.
The shop is Classic Sports, located in SAFRA Toa Payoh. They don't deal with fakes. I bought my racket there, and also introduced friends to them. However, they don't keep much stock, so you might want to call before going (tel: 6253-8858).
hi mate, you're right... my friend in Sg bought me an Armortec 700 for 195. Im so excited... can't wait to swing it... hehe
Really? RM 195 or SGD$ 195? Still sounds like quite a bargain... Here its selling for RM 600++ (cant remember exact price....) What and where was the shop that your friend bought it from?
it's S$195, yeah it's quite cheap, I was surprised when he told me. I told my HK friend, he also finds it cheap, he says it's aorund HK$1000 in HK, he is thinking to ask my SG friend to get 1 more as well.
