Post the best shuttlecocks for under $12 / tube

I know the budget is low for a very decent shuttlecocks. I am currently using HiQua Orange for $10.5. But it flys wierd sometimes and does not last long. Could somebody please recommend what brand/grade you got for under $12?

Gosen Cosmic Ultra, not sure if it is possible to find it over there though, cost about US$7 for ten shuttles

Price is in your range & distributor is in Southern California(L.A. area to be exact). I've tried the Silver and Bronze version and the Gold version is available. I know for the Gold(highest grade), the distributor is selling for $11 or $11.50/tube.
Not the best, but for the price, they're ok/decent. You can try asking for special "tryout" batch order...good luck-
