Cause the floor I play on is so stiff, I got my heel injured. The shoe I used to have do not have a superb cushion so I decied to buy myself a Yonex super cushion shoes. After I got the SHB-99MX, I am so happy with the cushion and it helps alleviate the pain of my heel. However, the problem is it seems the super cushion increases the stress on my knee and I feel somehow uneasy with my knee. I read somebody's post saying the better cushion the shoes are the higher chance of gett knee injury. So, I am just wondering if this is true. I am really worried about helping my heel while injurying my knee instead.

u sure they say knee injury? not ankle sprain?
cos the thing about better cushion is that they have to make the sole
"Taller" so there r enough room to place the air/gel/wave whatever
    cushion technology in it.
the higher your feet are off ground.. the higher chance u you would
sprain your ankle in lateral movements.
Thats why badminton shoes are usually thin on sole, and its a trade off
for cushioning and thats when u'll really start to feel yr knee acting up..
the right balance depends on which area you need protection most
