Hi CCC CATS trainees,

This is a reminder to turn your clocks BACK one hour before you go to bed on this Saturday night (because it is the official end of the daylight saving period on Sunday).

Melbourne's period of daylight saving will end on Sunday 01-Apr-2012.

At 3:00am, move clocks backward one hour to 2:00am.

This is good, because we get to have ONE extra hour of sleep before our CATS.

Gerardo explained to me (this morning) that it's not your knee joint that is causing the problem, but your leg muscles.

Therefore, I would think the Glucosamine Sulfate would not be the solution.

Check with your doctor anyway.

Hi CCC CATS trainees,

At our coaching session on Sunday 01-Apr-2012, we welcomed 1 new trainee;
* Srikiran-G (A new BC member)
Hope that he had enjoyed training with us.

At this CCC CATS, we worked on Level Doubles – (Players' Positions).

Some comments:
* Timothy-T and KeChong-K did well. They have done this lesson before.
* Nadeem-A, Bijesh-K, Brendan-L, Gerardo-M, Theo-D and Srikiran-G need to have more practice.

A main comment is - Partners of players hitting and receiving the shuttlecock need to be more alert, and to move into position as taught.

Also, hand signals used by the Malaysian pair were often displayed.
