Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 29-Apr-2012 (A Short Report)

At this CCC CATS, the "Drill Games" were conducted again for our trainees. They were to check on the quality of their strokes and footwork.

The "Drill Games" were introduced to allow our trainees to enjoy their drills that they have been doing so long in the past.

Some comments:
* Timothy-T and Brendan-L showed how good they have become in performing their "Bounce".
* Bijesh-K, Brendan-L and Theo-D need to control their wrist action (rotation control) when doing the "Lift".
* Lisa-L, Theo-D and KeChong-K have improved in their "Dropshots".
* Lisa-L and Theo-D are slowly, but surely, getting to lift more accurately into the 'Back Tram-lines'.

For lunch after our session, it was at Petaling Street Restaurant, at 162 Swanston St. Melbourne City;

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 06-May-2012 (A Short Report)

At this CCC CATS, more "Drill Games" were introduced to trainees. They were to check on the quality of trainees' strokes (and footwork).

Trainees are still doing their Overhead Clears too high (regarding the "Maxima"), and therefore not getting the length. Smashes were not accurate enough (missing the "Gap") because trainees concentrated too much on smashing with more power.

Some comments:
* Timothy-T and Brendan-L showed how good they have become in performing their "Bounce".
* Bijesh-K, Lisa-L and Theo-D have improved on their "Bounce" this week.
* Bijesh-K, Brendan-L and Theo-D need to control their wrist action (rotation control) when doing the "Lift".
* Lisa-L and Theo-D have improved their "Dropshots".
* Lisa-L and Theo-D are slowly, but surely, getting to lift more accurately into the "Back Tram-lines".
