Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 21-Oct-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we welcomed new trainee, Ray K (new BCer). Hope that he enjoyed our CATS.

We worked on Drills, with detail instruction on how to do an effective Bounce.

Some comments:
1. Markus-H's Bounce is getting more accurate now.
2. Daisy-L needs to get the habit of not lowering her racket-head to do the Bounce.
3. Gwen B will need to do more drills. She needs to work more on Footwork.
4. Ray K did well on his first session.
5. etc, etc, etc, ...

Lunch after our session was held at South Melbourne Market Food Court.

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 28-Oct-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we worked on Footwork; with instruction on how to move efficiently, while doing some drills.

Some comments:
1. Jeff Y needs to transfer his weight (as the initial movement) towards the direction he wishes to go. Don't think of taking the first step; but think of falling towards that direction. For if your weight is correctly positioned at readiness, your legs will move towards that direction (in the correct way/order) when falling towards that direction.
2. Ray K learns quickly and fast. There will be more discussions on strokes production for you later (for how to improve on better strokes).
3. Instructions for how to train Footwork at home.
4. etc, etc, etc, ...

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 04-Nov-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we worked on different Drills (with Footwork involved).

We have 4 new trainees;
* Keven W
* Tony Z
* Steven L
* Eric L
Hope that they have enjoyed our CCC CATS (Coaching And Training Session).

Some comments:
1. Keven W learned very quickly and fast.
2. For Tony Z and Steven L, there will be more discussions on strokes production for you later (for how to improve on better strokes).
3. Eric L, new from China (understanding little English), might find it difficult to follow my instructions (because my instruction is done in English only).
4. etc, etc, etc, ...
