Hai Chris.

I know I haven't been here for a while.

Injured my ankle 3 weeks ago, they thought I had an inversion fracture in my right ankle... =.="

It's all cleared now, have been through x-rays and whatnot, and it seems to be OK.

I'll be back on the 25th.

After all my exams...

On a side note, does anybody know where I can get cheap but good orthotics.

Regarding your question about orthotics, I have no idea. Perhaps our CCCers who know, can give us some info.

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 11-Nov-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we worked on Drills (with Selection/Decision of Strokes/Shots involved).

We welcomed 1 new trainee, Scott L.
Hope that he enjoyed our CCC CATS (Coaching And Training Session).

Some comments:
1. After his exams, Timothy T will need to regain form and fitness.
2. Keven W is doing OK; He is moving along quite well.
3. For Tony Z, there will be more discussions on strokes production for you later (for how to improve on better strokes).
4. Scott L, being new, will soon catch up with the rest of our trainees.
5. Thanh M is also doing OK. She will need to do more drills.
6. It's good that Oscar L joined in later to play some games with us.
7. etc, etc, etc, ......

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 18-Nov-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we worked on Drills, involving;
* Selection/Decision for which strokes/shots to do
* What are quality strokes/shots
* How to get ourselves to acquire good habits whenever we are on court
* etc, etc, ......

Some comments:
1. 2 weeks after his exams, Timothy-T has regained some of his form and fitness.
2. But for Markus-H, after his exams, has lost some of his form.
3. Daisy-L has improved on her Net-play.
4. Thanh-M has improved on her Lifts.
5. Keven-W is doing OK. He is moving along quite well.
6. For Tony-Z, Selection/Decision Making for when to Smash is mistaken sometimes.
7. Steven-L is doing OK. He has improved in many sections.
8. etc, etc, etc, ......

Lunch after our session was held at a Vietnamese restaurant, Rice Paper, at 241 Swanston St., Melbourne City.
