There is a Tournament on in the main Badminton hall on Sunday 28th November.

The main Badminton hall will be unavailable from 10am-6pm.

CCC will be moved to Court No.14 (Table-Tennis hall).

I'm coming with hose. There is lots that needs improvements, but i was thinking, could you do like a general check up? so you watch us play and provide comments, like individual weaknesses and such. Cause then we can see the groups most important weakness and improve it in following weeks.

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 28-Nov-2010 (A Short Report)

We welcomed new trainees, Bas and Skye.

We worked on "Chapter 3 - Doubles Services".

Lunch after our session was held at Meetbowl, an Indonesian restaurant, at 95 York St, South Melbourne

MSAC are once again hosting the Australian schools volleyball championship in December.

Unfortunately this will mean that all halls will be unavailable from Saturday 4th December until Friday 10th December inclusive.

Badminton will be once again be open for play Saturday 11th December.

Sessions;
Days......Monday to Friday
Time......3:00pm to 5:00pm
Cost.......$20 per trainee (visitor)
Cost.......$15 per trainee (member)

The program will similar to our Sunday Morning CATS at MSAC.

We welcomed back trainee, Sharon-O, after her trip to Malaysia and Sydney.

BTW, we have been informed that Wendy-L and Mahishi-W will be away the next few weeks because of travelling overseas too.

At this CCC CATS we worked on;
* Singles High Service
* 3-steps Footwork
