Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 01-Jul-2012 (A Short Report)

At this CCC CATS, we worked on the 3 Overhead Strokes, the Dropshot, the Clear and the Smash.

Some comments:
1. Know all the Points of Impact when doing the Overhead Shots.
2. Grasp the difference between the power required for all the Overhead Shots..
3. Remember for precision, you should be in position to perform the strokes. Here, we shall work more in our footwork.
4. etc, etc, ...

* Timothy-T and Ian-H are doing more of the 'Slow' Smash when doing the Dropshot.
* Jane-Z, Daisy-L and Chong-S will need more power when doing the Clear.
* Markus-H and Brendan-L are doing OK.
