Road closures will be 4am – 12pm.

Alexandra Ave between Swan St Bridge and Punt Rd

Anderson St (local traffic only) between Domain Rd and Alexandra Ave

Anzac Ave

Arnold St between Toorak Rd and Bromby St

Batman Ave (Citylink) between Flinders St and Olympic Blvd

Birdwood Ave between Domain Rd and Government House Dve

Bromby St (local traffic only) between St Kilda Rd and Domain St

Brunton Ave (local traffic only) between Jolimont Rd and Punt Rd – local traffic allowed access between the MCG underground car park and Punt Rd

Domain Rd (local traffic only) Access to Dallas Brooks Dve will be allowed only when it is deemed safe to allow vehicle access

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 15-Jul-2012 (A Short Report)

At this CCC CATS, we worked on Netplay.

We welcomed 3 new trainees:
1. Randy W - Regular BCer
2. Margaret W - New BCer
3. Serena M - Via email contact
Hope that they have enjoyed training with us.

Some comments:
1. Know that the Bounce is best performed when done at eye-level.
2. Therefore, remember to keep your racket-head at eye-level when anticipating to perform the Bounce.
3. For your longest reach, have your racket-foot forward to perform the Bounce.
4. Know where to make contact with the shuttlecock when performing the Tumble and the Spin. Again, best performed at eye-level.
5. etc, etc, ...

* Randy W, Timothy T and Brendan L did OK.
* Jane Z, Margaret W and Serena M will need more practice.

For lunch after our session, Serena M suggested to go to Cafe Azul, at 346 Bridge Rd, Richmond;

The cafe is great. Serena M, Margaret W and I ordered their soups. But most people there were having their breakfast/brunch.
