Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 30-Sep-2012 (A Short Report)

It's sorry to be informed that Jane-Z couldn't attend at the very last minute again. In fact, she has informed me that she will be away for some long period of time.

At this session, we welcomed 3 new trainees;
1. Neeraj K......(New BCer)
2. Aditi S.........(Neeraj's)
3. Jeff Y..........(New BCer)
Hope that they have enjoyed our CATS.

We worked on the Clear to the 'Back Tram-Lines' and the Dropshot to the 'Fore-court'.

Some comments:
1. Brendan L's Dropshot is excellent. But, for the Lift, more follow-through is required to get the direction with better precision.
2. Neeraj K's Overhead Clear can be hit stronger/harder.
3. Aditi S will need to get used to the Backhand grip for the Backhand Lift.
4. Jeff Y's Dropshot is getting to fall closer to the net.
5. etc, etc, etc, ...

Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 07-Oct-2012 (A Short Report)

At this session, we welcomed new trainee, Daniel-S, from our Wednesday CCC Social session. Hope that he enjoyed our CATS.

We worked on Footwork, the different Bases and 'good' habits (prevention of injuries, transfer of weight, counting the transfer of weight, etc, etc, ...).

Some comments:
1. Timothy-T's Forward movement is excellent now.
2. Brendan-L's Backward movement can be improved with more workout.
3. Markus-H and Daisy-L will need to do more drills.
4. Daniel-S did well on his first session.
5. etc, etc, etc, ...
